These two scenes in the photographs are similar because they are both musical performances. They are also performing in front of a live audience. The differences between these photographs are the way they are dressed, the type of music that is being played, and the setting of the scene. The first photograph has very casual dressed people. They are listening to a man who is singing in a microphone and acting very casual. .. The scene is also outside in the daylight. The second photograph pictures very formal dressed people with a formal dressed audience. They are listening to music played by instruments such as violins, directed by a conductor. The setting is also in a dark place in a building where there is a stage. These photographs are both musical performances, but they are very different because the type of music determines their differences.

Narrative Paper Questions

One aspect of my paper that I am pretty proud of is the way it is written in order. It introduces the background of the story, it tells the story, and then it concludes it with a summary of the main point. The main point of the story is clear. I also like the actual story that I wrote. I like these aspects of my paper because the people who read it said that is what they liked.
The most difficult aspect of my paper was describing the sounds that the car made. I did not know how to describe the sound that I heard when I hit the other car. I also had difficulty describing the car and the way I hit it. I have difficulty when I try to show a story and not just tell it to the audience.
I would reword the sounds and descriptions that I was trying to write out. I would try to polish it to make it more descriptive so that the reader knows most of what I mean. I did not really know how to describe the sounds. I would also try to polish all the other descriptions of what happened and try to “show” the accident instead of just telling it and saying that it just happened.
I would ask my friends to describe the sound and ask them to spell it out or help me. I would also make the sound again and try to sound it out on paper. The sound is really important to my paper because it would help my paper be more descriptive and interesting. The description of me hitting the other car is also important, and I would try to think of ways to make the readers feel like they can actually see the accident happening in their head.

Topic 1

In this course, I would like to accomplish better writing skills. I would like to be better at my grammar skills and to write better by organizing topics better. I still need to work on being more specific in my papers and also on my organization of the paragraphs in my papers. I think writing well is an important factor in life and careers because it can help me elaborate on topics that people need help on.
I would like to accomplish better writing in this course because it will help my grade. I also want to accomplish learning more words in this course. It would help me build a better vocabulary. I took this course so I can learn more about writing and speaking. I would like it to help me accomplish the goal of learning to expand my vocabulary, and also learning to use imagery to explain details of a story.
I still need to work on better organization in my essays. I also need to work on being more specific because my papers are usually vague. When I start out my essays, they are sometimes disorganized. Topics are usually spread out all over the paper. Something would be said in the first paragraph, and I say something about it again in the third one. It is not organized at all at first.
Learning to write better in this course would help me speak better and therefore it would help me describe things better in life. This course will help me in my career goals because I would learn how to elaborate on what I say to another person without a problem. This course will help me in life, and I would like to accomplish this goal before I go on to my career.
